Keating Liquor Express is very much a community store. We make every effort to connect and build positive relationships with our customers.
Selection & Choice
We help guide customers with the wide selection of products that we carry. Each staff member is given a color and 5 stars of that color to place in front of 5 of their favorite products. This offers new customers a heads up as to what to try. The staff pick star program has received extremely positive feedback.
Communicating with our Customers
We always appreciate feedback. Whether it’s your thoughts on a wine you just tried or the service you receive, we love to hear about it. Unlike any other store we highlight positivity. We do this with our thank you box. Customers and staff are invited and encouraged to show their appreciation by writing Thank You’s. Each month the Thank You’s are posted on the wall and the person with the most is rewarded for their contribution.
The Team
SeanSean comes to Keating Liquor Express from an extensive military background and has been here since April 2011 as store manager. Dedicated and hardworking, with a strong customer service ethic, Sean has been a welcome addition to Keating. Sean is always game to try great new products. Craft beer being one of his passions, he has brought in a wide variety to Keating to share with our customers. An excellent cook (just ask his staff!) he is always trying new ways to cook with liquor! His favourite sprit is Vodka and he is happy to recommend one to suit any palate or situation.
